Buying a new-build home is an exciting journey. Unlike existing homes, you can’t walk through the house beforehand to see if it suits you, and sometimes the surrounding neighborhood is still under development as well.
To give you a clear understanding of what to expect, we’ve outlined the entire new-build process in a step-by-step guide. This way, you’ll know exactly how it works from start to finish!

The 28 homes, including 10 duplex apartments, are now for sale. From now on, all details about the properties are available digitally. On this website, you’ll find floor plans, pricing (including options), and other essential information. You can then officially register as a candidate for a home, entirely online through your personal account.
Please note: the official registration period runs until Monday, June 2nd at 11:59 PM.
Once the registration period closes, home assignments will take place on June 3rd. Optants from the previous phase will be given priority in this phase for allocation based on the date of registration. If you don’t get a home immediately, you’ll be placed on the reserve list and notified if a home of your preference becomes available.
After signing the purchase/construction agreement, it’s time to personalize your home! You’ll work with our buyer consultant to select structural options and additional upgrades or reductions.
Please note that decisions need to be made within a set timeframe, as part of the construction is pre-fabricated in our factory. Once production begins, your choices must be finalized.
Based on your selections, we will begin factory preparations. Following this, the actual construction of your home officially begins. You’re one step closer to your dream home!
